Aditya Training & Placement Cell organized a 6 Days Soft Skills Training program “Mahindra Pride Classroom” from 19-09-2022 to 24-09-2022 for all Final year B.Tech women community students (CE,CSE,ECE,&EEE) in Aditya College of Engineering, Madanapalle. This training was graced by our beloved Director Dr. S. Ramalinga Reddy, respected Principal Dr. K. Sathish Babu, Placement Officer C. Manoj Kumar Reddy and Department Placement coordinators, & all final year students of various branches.

The training started on Monday (19-09-2022) by 9:30 am with inauguration program and carried out successfully for 6 days. The program was concluded with valedictory function on Saturday (24-09-2022) by 4PM to 5PM, all final year girls students of our college have attended the training for all the 6 days and explored knowledge on soft skills, Life Skills, communication skills, Presntation skills and Employability skills. These training is held at 3 different venues for 3 batches by trainers Mr. Mahboob Subhani, Mr. K. Gowtham Shankar and Mr. Narasimha Rao. Details of training schedule is given bellow:
